Tour of Amsterdam

So I asked my mother to write me a guide to Amsterdam. The guide was full of tailings she used to do when she lived there, the places that she lived and the food that she ate.

Frankfurt

I had a lot of fun in Frankfurt. I don't think it's the kind of place is want to live, but it's loads fun to visit!
For my last night Silke took me to get traditional food from the area, Apfel Wine, eggs and potatoes with green sauce, and a traditional cheese. I actually quite liked all of it! I think I will try to make the green sauce on my own sometime, though maybe a lighter version.

My Zeil

It's huge! It's expensive! It's really disorienting! I was getting so tripped out, it made me dizzy.
It's a mall! It was beautiful, but just too much for me.

Vegetarian Bistro

I loved this place! The cappuccino was by far one of the best coffees I've ever had. The food tasted like something I would cook myself. The cucumber salad was very similar to something my mother makes. The interior was both inviting and inspiring. The kind of place I would want to write a novel.

Kinder shop

I went into this store with the hopes of finding something for Caleb. But everything I liked was way too big for my backpack!

Piles of papers!

Silke came back from Vienna to this! Piles of cases waiting for her.

Rebuilt

Frankfurt was bombed pretty badly in WW2. The city is full of very modern buildings, and sky scrapers. All of the sky scrapers are banks. They have a lot of banks.
But this little area was rebuilt to look like it was old. Very cute, and touristy.
