I made brunch in order to prepare myself for blogging I intend to do today.
I used all the yogurt I had left, which there wasn't much.
Flour
A little sugar
A teaspoon of honey
A couple teaspoons of water
A little cinnamon
And two eggs
Then I mixed it all together and fried it like a pancake and it was delicious!
Genevieves heaping crepes they will call them! Just add some powdered sugar for the confectional touch. toothsome and ambrosial heaping crepes?? I can't decide now, who uses the word toothsome anyways?
