I have become quite skilled at cooking dough on a pan!
I have now twice made these little cakes, quite similar to crepes. But I use yogurt. And gives them a lovely airy quality. Yum!
And I perfected the soy crepe. They are not vegan, they still have egg. But they use soy instead of milk! Which is great if you are cooking for someone who is allergic to dairy. Just remember not to cook them in butter. Hahaha
Ive been at home perfecting the tofu and soy crepe so we can have the two recipes fight! winner takes all.. our hunger away
